The WD30/WT30 have a DC power supply. Be sure the
following conditions are met.
Connect to one of the following circuits ((1) or (2)).
(1) Limited-voltage/current circuit conforming to UL508
A circuit that uses, as the power supply, the secondary wiring of an insulating
transformer
Maximum voltage (no-load state): 30 Vrms (42.4 V peak) max.
Maximum current:
1) 8 A max. (including short-circuited state) or
2) The current is limited with a circuit-protection device (e.g., fuse) of the
ratings shown in the following table:
|
No-load voltage (V peak) |
Maximum current rating (A) |
|
0 to 20 |
5.0 |
|
Greater than 20 V peak,
no greater than 30 V peak |
100/Peak voltage |
(2) A Class 2 power supply unit conforming to
UL1310 or circuit with maximum voltage of 30 Vrms (42.4 V peak) that uses, as
the power supply, a Class 2 transformer to conforming UL1585.
